AdWords has facilitated the modification in the lists of Customer Match

Google AdWords made it easier to control Customer Match. Now advertisers will be able to add and remove email addresses from existing lists by downloading data file. Also it will be possible to completely replace the current list in the file without creating a new list.

New options available in the edit window of the list on the tab "Audience" in the "Shared library".


Advertisers and used to be able to add email addresses to existing lists, but the update has simplified this process.

Recall that Google launched a new method of targeting Customer Match last fall. It allows companies to upload a list of email addresses of users for displaying their ads in Google search, Gmail and YouTube.

In may of this year, the AdWords has removed the restriction on the shelf life of email addresses in lists Customer Match.
