YouTube to launch its own TV service
In the coming months, YouTube plans to launch in the United States the new YouTube TV. About it reports Marketing Land citing the head of the company Susan Wojcicki.
With a Google TV users will be able to connect to four major television networks in the United States (ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC) and more than 30 cable networks. There are over 40 different channels.
Users will also be able to record and view broadcasts from the cloud.
The subscription price will be $35 per month. Within the same subscription fee you can connect up to six accounts.
YouTube TV users can also watch programs that are shown in the service YouTube Red.
"Millennials love a good TV content. They do not want to watch it in the traditional format," said Wojcicki.
YouTube also plans to show the new service advertising. It will be sold on the same terms as in the YouTube.
