Google removes from SERP pages containing search results
Google automatically determines pages which containing search results and removes them from the index. About it told the representative of the company Gary Illyes.
According to the guide for webmasters, such pages should not be indexed. However, some site owners believe that they are useful and want them to add in Google. The search engine quite successfully struggling with these pages in the results by special search algorithms.
Sometimes the algorithms do not cope with this task. The problem is then resolved manually.
"These pages are typically not so useful for users. And we have algorithms that help to get rid of them. In particular, to prevent them from scanning. But sometimes they do not work. In such cases we have to intervene in the process and create a new search rule for these pages," explained Illyes.
Thus, such site pages doesn't make much sense. Even if they are indexeds, eventually Google will remove them.
