Google is working on a new social photo app
TechCrunch revealed that Google is working on a new social app. With it, users can jointly edit and organize photos.
Google confirmed that such an app exists and is one of the many experiments the company.
According to TechCrunch, the new service can be presented on its I/O conference, which will take place in may. The exact date of public release not yet assigned.
The goal of the developers is to create a photo app for collaboration. Users can create groups, where participants can share photos together edit them and add tags.
The application also will be used the Google computer vision features, which is already used in YouTube, GoogleS Images and Google Photos. The new service will be able to recognize objects in the photo for tagging and organize them for future search, but will also allow you to overlay images on various filters.
What is the name of the new app, is still unknown.
Last week Apple introduced a new app Clips. With it, users will be able to provide video effects, graphics and text, and then publish them to social networks – Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and others.
