The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia are ready to apply to Google other sanctions, so not only that fines. This stated at the press conference in TASS the head of Department Igor Artemyev.
Not any country will agree that decisions of its courts were not fulfilled. Therefore, Google will find a lot of interesting surprises.
Artemyev said that the Agency has other measures in addition to fines, to force Google to obey the law.
"Every time we acquaint them with new stories that will cause them to have emotions, until they come to the conclusion that it is necessary in Russia to work properly" — said the head of FAS.
We are talking about failure to fulfill Google's requirements in the case of abuse of a dominant position, which was opened in September 2015, according to the complaint Yandex, it was about Android device and applications from Google.
In 2016, the FAS fined Google to 438 million roubles and has demanded to eliminate the violations. Then followed another fine of 1 million rubles for failure to execute orders. Later Igor Artemyev has threatened the management of the company criminal cases and transfer of proceedings in criminal plane.
