Google has addressed in arbitration court with the complaint against the Russian Vitaly Popov, who owns a domain ɢoogle.com.
As reports the edition Motherboard, a Corporation accuses Popov in the use of the website, the address of which is maximally similar to the search engine address for send spam, collect personal information and spread malware.
Vitaly Popov has registered the domain in March 2016, using "ɢ" from the system character encoding (Unicode). He does not agree with these accusations and considers them a lie:
"There are no facts that would confirm that emails that I send are spam in accordance with the position of the U.S. authorities," — said Popov.
The Motherboard notes that this domain name became known during the American elections in November last year, when Popov allegedly sent out messages for support Donald Trump.
A Google spokesperson in response to the request of Motherboard said that the company does not comment court proceedings until they are completed.
