The neural network Google beat the strongest Go players
The Google neural network in an informal online tournament beat the strongest go players of the ancient Chinese Board game.

4 January, Google admitted that under the name of the Master played the latest version of the artificial intelligence system AlphaGo.

The project AlphaGo is the result of the start-up DeepMind, acquired by Google in 2014. In the spring of 2016, the neural network was first played with a professional player to go – Whether Segalem – and won. All in all there were 5 games, three of which have won AI.
According to the head of DeepMind of Demis Hassabis, later this year Google plans to hold official tournaments with the participation of professional players and experts.
