SEMrush North America started in 2012 with a 3 member ground floor team. During Ms. Hradovich's tenure, the company has experienced aggressive revenue growth and has also added about 50 employees to its roster in this time frame.

Ms. Hradovich was the recipient of the 2016 SmartCEO Philadelphia Circle of Excellence Award as well as a winner of the 2017 SmartCEO Future50! Award.
