I find this method of optimization is very wrong as a result of the site can only lose their positions in Google because of the application and use of this method.

I do not use these methods in practice and does not recommend the use of the participants because these directories have a negative effect on the ranking of sites in the future. Search engines such as Bing or Google can detect SEO links.
