WSJ: Google promotes its own products in the results
Google buys millions of ads in AdWords and shows their products in the top SERP for 91% of relevant keywords in the United States. About this is according to the research conducted by The Wall Street Journal.
The analysis of the search results for 25 thousand of keywords showed that in 91% of cases Alphabet and Google products took the top position in the search engine results.

- When you search for [watch] in 98% of cases show is the smart watch Android Wear.
Google is taking all steps to use your own advertising space does not lead to higher costs for clients:
"When Google is involved in the auction, its bets will not count. Thus, the company avoided price increases.
