Google is trying to challenge the FAS decision and the legality of the imposed penalty, the trial lasted for more than a year. On 1 December, the case was referred to the Court for intellectual property rights, but the FAS and Yandex were disagree and have filed lawsuits.
The head of FAS Igor Artemyev pointed out that, based on the experience of Agency, Google can challenge the decision of the service at least a year, so the process of elimination of violations and payments of fines may be delayed.
