The FAS case against Google translates in a legal plane
Case of violation by Google of the law on protection of competition translates in a legal plane. About it reports "Kommersant", citing a statement by the head of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) of Russia Igor Artemyev.
"We have already filed the appropriate claims for the enforcement of the decisions Google. Are now in this stage. They challenge all of our solutions are still penalties. Well, let them do it. And in the meantime we are moving in the plane of the fulfilment of decisions," said Mr Artemyev.The Moscow arbitration court today the suit of the Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia to Google Inc. and Google Ireland Limited. The subject and grounds of the claim are specified, the third person in the case is Yandex. Statement FAS production is still pending.
Recall that the Agency has sent to arbitration court the claim to the company Google about compulsion to execution of its provisions on 30 November.
The appeal of the FAS in court about compulsion of execution of the Antimonopoly regulations is another measure applied to a foreign company that does not wish to execute the decisions of the Russian courts. Enforcement of regulations includes not only fines but also criminal penalties against managers who do not perform appropriate decisions.
