Claim Google to FAS will be reviewed in court on December 20
The Moscow arbitration court on 20 December will consider the claim of Google is challenging the fine imposed by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia. About it reports RNS, citing trusted sources.
The court also decided to reject the petition Google about suspension of court proceedings on challenging the penalty to Google Inc. Recall, November 2, FAS has imposed two fines on the structure of Google for a total amount of 1 million rubles for failure to comply with the requirements in the case of Android. The decision was taken on the basis of an administrative investigation initiated by the FAS in relation to Internet companies in September 2016.
